PhD Supervisor
Professor Mnguni has more than 30 years of work experience including roles in management, research consulting, organisational consulting, lecturing and research supervision at Masters and doctoral levels. Peliwe employs the systems psychodynamics and intersectionality lenses to interrogate leadership and organisational dynamics in public and private sector organisations. She is currently supervising doctoral research on women in leadership, including gender transformation, workplace bullying, sexual harassment, psychosocial wellbeing at work, just energy transition, and virtual teams. Peliwe's teaching and research philosophy is underpinned by action learning principles.
