Jayne is the General Manager Open Programs and Learning. She leads a team of professionals responsible for working with clients to design and deliver sustainable and meaningful learning interventions across Melbourne Business School Executive Education. The establishment of a Learning Centre to achieve this is a new initiative, focusing on the importance of design, integrated learning and impact as key to the success of Executive Education.
Jayne is also responsible for managing the open program portfolio, which provides a range of general management, leadership, change, strategy, finance, and marketing programs delivered through integrated experiential learning methodologies. The portfolio has been rated No. 1 in Australia by the Financial Times over the last 7 years. Previously as the General Manager Open Programs Jayne also managed the Mt Eliza Campus and the global BHP Billiton Graduate Program.
Prior to joining Melbourne Business School, Jayne worked in both the public and private sectors in human resources and learning and development roles. At MBS, she has led customised and open enrolment programs for a wide variety of organisations and industries. As a Senior Consultant, she managed the design and delivery of the global BHP Billiton Foundations for Graduates Program, conducted across three regions. This role included the exploration of the learning ecosystem to inform the development of the Thread learning platform.
