The Leadership, Management and Organisation Dynamics Professional Development Program (LMOD) is a, part-time coursework program designed for work-experienced professionals who wish to develop their management abilities through the application of organisation dynamics concepts to their experience of managing. It supports the development of individual capacities to shape and to take up work roles that are meaningful, values-based, and which serve the ultimate purpose of the organisation.

The program is steeped in leading edge theory which integrates psychological, sociological, anthropological, management, and philosophical approaches to organisations. It is a strongly applied course with learning modalities that are focused on the development of professional expertise in the students’ work settings; work role consultation; and a supervised, applied research project and research report and as an article publishable in an academic journal or industry publication.

The program can be taken as a whole or as individual subjects (See Program Guide for exceptions).
